If you haven't already used our 'Pet Cams', please take a moment to read the instructions here, and then click the link below to access the cameras.

Instructions:

When you first access the Pet Cams you may be presented with a Sign-In box as shown below:

The User ID and Password are already entered for you, so simply click on "Connect Server"

The Pet Cams will load as shown below:

It may take a few moments for all of the images to load. Once the image for your pet's suite has loaded, click on that image to expand that image for viewing.

Note: If you have difficulty downloading the web program or viewing your pet this may be due to firewalls or other problems on the computer you are utilizing.  Laguna Hills Animal Hospital has no control over the settings on your computer, therefore viewing of your pet cannot be guaranteed.

Help:

All I see is a blue screen with a button in the middle that looks like this:

This just means the Pet Cams are turned off. Turn them back on by clicking on that button.  The Pet Cams will take a few moments to restart and present you with the Sign-In box shown above.

Then click the "Multi-Up button shown by the RED arrow in the image below:
