If you haven't already used our 'Pet Cams', please take a moment to read the instructions here, and then click the link below to access the cameras.

Instructions:

When you first access the Pet Cams you may be presented with a Sign-In box as shown below:

You will need to enter a user ID of  pets and a password of  pets

Both the ID and password are case sensitive, so please make sure to enter them exactly as shown above in bold letters. Click the "ID/Pass Save" box to place a check mark in the box. This will save the ID and password for you on subsequent visits. Now press the connect button (the two computers linked together) to establish your link.

After you enter the user ID and password, the main viewing screen will start to display images of our pet suites.  Click on the 7-Up viewing button to obtain the screen layout as shown below:

It may take a few moments for all of the images to load. Once the image for your pet's suite has loaded, click on that image to highlight it with a YELLOW border as shown in the example above for the Cat Condos.

When the image is highlighted, you may simply double-click on the image to view it in full screen mode for easier viewing of your pet.  That's all there is to it!

You are now ready to view our Pet Cams.  Simply click on the image above to link to the Pet Cam viewing page.  Internet Explorer is required for viewing.

Don't forget to click on the 7-Up button once the screen loads.

Note: If you have difficulty downloading the web program or viewing your pet this may be due to firewalls or other problems on the computer you are utilizing.  Laguna Hills Animal Hospital has no control over the settings on your computer, therefore viewing of your pet cannot be guaranteed.
