For first time users of our Pet Cams you will need to download to your computer a free VNC viewer program.  

Instructions:

To start using VNC, you must have the VNC Viewer program on your computer. We have provided a copy of this program for your Pet Cam viewing. 

Start your Pet-Cam experience by clicking on the VNC camera button:   

This will start the VNC viewer download process for you. Depending on your browser type, a security warning information box will pop up asking you if you would like to Run or Save the file.  Click on the Save button.

After you click the Save button, your computer will now ask you where you would like to store the file and present a File Save Dialog Box shown below:

Go to your computers Desk Top and click on the new VNC icon:    

A security warning information box may pop up as shown below.  Click on the "Always ask before opening this file" to remove the check mark . 

Click on the RUN button and the Viewer program will start.

Next the VNC Viewer box will need you to type in our server address

Type in the box lhah.myvnc.com:6900 as shown below:

Next is optional, but we recommend that you click on the Options button to view the Colour & Encoding section as shown below:

Click OK and the Options box will close. Click OK at the VNC viewer box. 

You will now be prompted for the password.
Enter the word   pets   in the password box and you will be able to view your pet. 
Remember the password is case sensitive so please enter it as shown in lower case.

A new screen will open on your computers Desk top and you can select your pets Pet Cam for viewing.

In the future, simply click the VNC desktop icon anytime you want to view your pet.
