When you know what you can expect at your first appointment the process will be easier and more pleasant for both you and your pet.
Get Settled
We ask you to arrive about 10 minutes early to complete the New Patient Form. If you would like to save time, you can fill out the New Patient Form in advance online.
Meet Your Veterinarian
One of our team members will go over your pet's history and talk about their problems. You are able to ask any questions you have, and we'll reserve time to answer them.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
When your pet has been examined, we will give you a diagnosis and treatment options. Your vet will work with you to establish the best possible treatment plan for your pet.
Once your visit is over, we'll develop a detailed report of our diagnosis, the conversations we had with you, as well as your pet's treatment plan. We'll keep this information on file for when you need it.

- What types of payment options are available?
We expect all payments to be made in full at the time services are provided or when your pet is discharged. We accept payments by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Are there payment plans available for my pet’s care?
We are pleased to offer you CareCredit and ScratchPay as financing options. They have easy application processes that will provide you with results in minutes.
- Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?
We'll give you an estimate in good faith for the cost of our services before treating your pet. Although unforeseen circumstances could arise that might impact your final bill.
We always discuss our written estimates with our clients before they leave our clinic, and require a deposit based on our estimate before we can provide any further treatments.
- Should I call ahead to book an appointment?
Yes, please call us in advance to schedule an appointment to make sure we have space in our schedule to see your pet.
If your cat or dog requires emergency care during our regular business hours, please call us immediately.
- What is your appointment cancellation policy?
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us as quickly as possible so we can provide the space in our schedule to other clients.
- What types of animals do you treat?
We provide care to cats and dogs.
- Where can I purchase my pet's prescription and food?
You may purchase all of the medications and specialty food your cat or dog may need either via our online store or our in-house pharmacy.
- What are the fees associated with a specialty appointment?
You are financially responsible for the initial examination fee as well as any diagnostics or treatments that you consent to for your animal's treatment. This payment is due at the time we provide our services.
We require a deposit upfront for additional hospitalization, diagnostics, or surgery with payment due in full when your pet is discharged.
- What are the fees associated with an emergency visit?
We require you to make a deposit payment for all emergency examinations. Once the staff and doctors have examined your pet, we will provide you with an estimate for the cost of treatment to determine a treatment plan.
If further hospitalization, diagnostics or surgery are required, a deposit is required up front, with payment in full due when your pet is discharged.
- Can you help with my pet insurance?
We will be happy to help you complete the pet insurance forms for your pet’s visit.
